Terms of Service

CVMount provides tools for creating and editing CVs/resumes, exporting them as PDF documents, and optionally publishing a selected CV as a public web page. Features, limits, templates, and availability may change as the service develops.

• You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Each account is intended for use by one person.
• You may not access or attempt to access another person's account without authorization.
• You may not attempt to bypass CVMount's authentication or security controls.

You retain ownership of the CVs, text, photographs, and other content you provide to CVMount. You grant CVMount a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, render, and export that content solely as necessary to provide and operate the service. If you choose to publish a CV, this license also permits CVMount to make the selected content publicly available through the CV page you configure.

If you publish a resume as a public CV page, you understand and agree that the selected resume's content becomes accessible to anyone with its web address. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish. CVMount does not guarantee that a published page will or will not be indexed by search engines. Unpublishing removes public access through CVMount's public-profile route, but copies previously cached, indexed, or otherwise retained by third parties may remain outside CVMount's control.

You may not use CVMount to:

• store or publish illegal content;
• impersonate another person without authorization;
• infringe another party's privacy or intellectual-property rights;
• upload or transmit malicious software;
• attempt to bypass authentication, security, or access-control mechanisms;
• attempt to circumvent rate limits or other abuse-prevention measures;
• disrupt or degrade the service for other users; or
• otherwise abuse the service.

CVMount provides tools for preparing and presenting CV content. You remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any CV before submitting, publishing, or relying on it. CVMount does not guarantee that a CV will pass an applicant-tracking system, result in an interview, lead to employment, or produce any particular career outcome.

CVMount is provided on an "as available" basis. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, infrastructure failure, or other factors. Features may be added, modified, or discontinued as the service develops, subject to any rights that apply under applicable law.

Premium access is currently offered as complimentary early access; CVMount does not currently process payments. The currently planned launch price for Premium is 11,99 €/month, but this is a planned price, not an active charge — you are not a paid subscriber, and complimentary access does not automatically renew into a paid subscription. If paid Premium subscriptions are introduced, the applicable price, billing terms, renewal rules, and cancellation rights will be defined, and these Terms will be updated, before paid subscriptions are offered.

The Free plan currently allows 1 active CV and up to 5 successful lifetime PDF exports made while using the Free plan. Current plan details are shown on the Pricing page.

You may permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is processed immediately by CVMount's application and removes your account and associated user-controlled application data as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion cannot be undone.

CVMount may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, including in cases of suspected abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or material violations of these Terms. Where practical, CVMount will aim to use proportionate measures.

CVMount is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the service secure, available, and functioning correctly, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CVMount is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of business opportunities or profits.

Users are responsible for retaining copies of important exported documents and for reviewing CV content before relying on or submitting it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

CVMount may update these Terms as the service develops, including when features, Premium access, payment functionality, or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated separately where appropriate or legally required.
